Maple Grove, MN has two water towers. Interestingly enough not much is written about them online. The below information is what I’ve been finding as I look into the water towers.
Specifications of the Northern Maple Grove Water Tower:
- Built in, 1982
- Built by, Pittsburgh-Des Moines Steel Company
- Capacity, 2000 M Gal.
- Color, cream.
- Maple Grove and red oak leaves are painted around the top.
- Located at 9511 Ranchview Ln. N, Maple Grove, MN 55369
- Located at approximately +45° 7′ 37.26″, -93° 28′ 40.41″ Elevation 945ft.
Specifications of the Southern Maple Grove Water Tower:
- Built in, 1973
- Built by, Pittsburgh-Des Moines Steel Company
- Capacity, 1,500 M Gal.
- Color, cream.
- Maple Grove and red oak leaves are painted around the top.
- Located at 6865 Sycamore Ln. N, Maple Grove, MN
- Located at approximately +45° 4′ 40.78″, -93° 26′ 37.91″.
